Have you given up on something that you knew should have been yours? Maybe it was the promotion, the right job , school, a relationship, a dream for making impact, your ability to speak up and so on . What made you give up? Health, discouragement from the one person who you thought would encourage you, the fear you would fail, ‘no time’, or you felt the other person deserved it more than you. Joshua, Moses’s successor, was told, every place you set your foot, I will give you. Place your footing, take your position and don’t be moved. Make sure God has promised it and you’re not wanting it for selfish purpose. Be prepared, get your supplies ready, Joshua was told, and when the time is right take possession. Hold on to the promise given to you, keep believing, and in the right timing, march in with your Godly authority and the acknowledgement of ‘The Word’ and claim it.
